Commercial-grade epoxy, polished concrete, and resin flooring for gyms, retail stores, salons, showrooms, offices, and sports facilities across Vancouver and BC. Built to a commercial standard — not a light-duty one.
Many light-duty flooring companies apply the same 2-coat system to a retail store that they do to a home garage. It looks the same on day one. But under commercial foot traffic, shopping cart wheels, gym equipment, and daily cleaning with commercial-grade chemicals — it fails within a year.
Our commercial retail systems start with a minimum 4-coat process: surface preparation, primer with moisture barrier, design coat with quartz or decorative aggregate, and a high-wear urethane or polyaspartic topcoat rated for commercial traffic. That's the system your floor needs to last 10+ years under real commercial conditions.
For retail tenants who contact us directly — not through a GC — we provide the same commercial specification, the same installation quality, and documentation your landlord or property manager can keep on file.
For fitness centres and gyms, we use a full-broadcast flake or quartz aggregate system sealed with a double polyaspartic topcoat — providing exceptional durability against dropped weights, equipment feet, and high-traffic foot traffic. The polyaspartic topcoat is UV-stable and chemical resistant to cleaning products. Anti-slip profile is built into the aggregate layer. Available in a wide range of colour blends to match your brand aesthetic.
Polished concrete is increasingly the specification of choice for high-end retail, cannabis dispensaries, showrooms, and boutique stores. No coating — the concrete slab itself becomes the floor. Mechanically ground and polished to the specified gloss level. Wet polish produces a deeper, more reflective finish for flagship retail and lobbies. Dry polish gives a matte to satin finish with better slip resistance for higher-traffic commercial environments. Zero coating maintenance.
Solid colour epoxy creates a clean, seamless, modern floor in any colour — white, grey, charcoal, or custom match to your brand palette. Metallic epoxy delivers a high-gloss, three-dimensional finish unique to each pour — used in salons, barbers, and boutiques where the floor is part of the design statement. Both systems are applied as 4-coat commercial systems with primer, moisture barrier, colour coat, and commercial urethane topcoat rated for foot traffic and cleaning chemical exposure.
Tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, and multi-sport surfaces require specific polyurethane court systems with controlled hardness, ball-response characteristics, and UV-stable colour coats. We specify and install acrylic and polyurethane court systems over properly prepared concrete or asphalt substrates. Court line marking is applied as part of the system. Ideal for strata amenity courts, recreational centres, schools, and private sport facilities.
Many of our retail and commercial projects come directly from business owners and tenants — not through a general contractor. If you're fitting out a new retail space, renovating an existing commercial unit, or building out an amenity room, you can contact us directly.
We provide a written scope, system specification, and warranty documentation that you can submit to your landlord or property manager. Our $4M CGL insurance and WCB coverage meet the requirements of any commercial lease for sub-trade work.
