Industrial & Warehouse
Floor Coating Systems

High-build epoxy, cementitious urethane, and MMA systems engineered for forklift traffic, chemical exposure, and heavy industrial loads. WorkSafe BC compliant safety marking included. Serving warehouses, manufacturing, logistics, and automotive facilities across BC.

What Industrial Floors Actually Need

Not All Epoxy is Built for Industrial

Industrial and warehouse floors take constant punishment — forklift and pallet jack traffic, point loads from racking systems, impact from dropped equipment, chemical spills, and industrial cleaning equipment. A thin-film epoxy coating won't survive this environment for more than a season.

We specify and install high-build systems — minimum 3–6mm of material — matched to your facility's specific operational loads, chemical exposure, and performance requirements. Every project includes proper mechanical surface preparation. That's what separates a floor that lasts from one that peels.

  • Forklift and heavy vehicle rated — point loads and rolling loads
  • Chemical resistance specified to your exact chemical exposure
  • Anti-slip profile meeting WorkSafe BC requirements
  • Safety line marking — pedestrian routes, equipment zones, egress
  • Phased installation to keep your facility operational throughout
  • After-hours and weekend scheduling available

Industrial Floor Coating Systems

System selection is based on traffic type, chemical exposure, thermal conditions, and required downtime tolerance.

General Industrial — Most Common
High-Build Epoxy System

100% solids epoxy applied at 3–6mm provides excellent performance for most warehouse and general industrial applications. Highly chemical resistant, forklift-rated, and available with quartz or silica aggregate broadcast for anti-slip profile. Safety line marking applied integral to the system in required WorkSafe BC colours. The most cost-effective solution for environments without extreme thermal shock requirements.

Best for: Warehouses, logistics, distribution centres, light manufacturing, auto shops
Extreme Conditions — Thermal Shock
Cementitious Urethane (PUCEM)

The toughest industrial floor coating available. Cementitious urethane (PUCEM) handles thermal cycling from -120°F to +220°F — a range no other resin coating can match. Bonds to damp concrete, withstands steam cleaning, highly chemical resistant, 3–6mm thick. The standard for heavy industrial environments with thermal cycling, steam cleaning, or chemical-intensive operations. Requires a crew due to fast pot life — proper installation technique is critical to maintain slopes and pitch to drains.

Best for: Food processing, breweries, car washes, chemical plants, wash-down bays
Zero Downtime — Cold Environments
MMA Industrial System

MMA cures rapidly in any temperature — including cold storage and freezer floor applications where most other systems simply won't cure. Multi-layer system with primer, body coat, quartz broadcast, and topcoat. Each layer has a fast recoat window allowing the full system to be installed in a single shift. The only viable system for cold storage flooring and the best choice for facilities that cannot tolerate extended operational downtime.

Best for: Cold storage, freezer rooms, occupied facilities requiring overnight phasing
WorkSafe BC Compliance
Safety Line Marking Systems

WorkSafe BC requires clearly marked pedestrian walkways, equipment zones, emergency egress routes, and hazard demarcation in all industrial workplaces. We install safety marking using epoxy-based colouring systems applied integral to the floor coating — not painted on top. Permanent, wear-resistant, and compliant with BC workplace safety regulations. Available standalone or as part of a full floor coating project.

Compliance: WorkSafe BC OHS Regulation Part 4
Sensitive Environments — Electronics & Labs
ESD Flooring Systems

Electrostatic discharge (ESD) control flooring is required in any environment where static electricity poses a risk — electronics assembly lines, data centres, laboratories, and facilities handling sensitive components or flammable materials. ESD floor systems are epoxy or urethane-based coatings engineered to a specific electrical resistance range, installed with copper tape grounding strips integrated into the floor system. When correctly installed and grounded, the system provides a continuous, controlled path to ground that dissipates static charge before it can damage equipment or create a hazard. The system is specified to meet common ESD standards for the facility's use case.

Best for: Electronics manufacturing, assembly lines, data centres, laboratories, cleanrooms
